Technical information about this service’s accessibility
[ORGANISATION NAME] is committed to making this service accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
On the basis of automated testing, this service is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. Every page is covered by an automated accessibility scan (axe-core) that runs on each release and blocks any AA regression, supplemented by manual keyboard, reflow and structure checks.
A full independent audit involving assistive-technology users is still to be carried out; we will update this statement with its findings. Large data tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens — this is permitted under the reflow criterion (1.4.10), which exempts content that needs a two-dimensional layout.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We run an automated accessibility scan (axe-core) against key pages in our continuous integration pipeline, supplemented by manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. New accessibility issues are added to our backlog and prioritised for remediation.
